Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission with the support of government has also signaled its commitment to innovation via the setup of Offices of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORICs) at universities across the country that have R&D facilities and those with business schools to provide entrepreneurial support to incubated projects.
